Energy Saving Solutions of the Hudson Valley, Inc. was founded by Carl Sumliner, who was raised in Ulster County, NY and has been a resident for over 40 years. Carl has been a building contractor for over 20 years doing new construction, green construction, remodeling and restoration. He is a licensed Kingston Master Electrician since 1987 and a licensed Kingston Master Plumber since 1998.

Mr. Sumliner has been evolving towards “green” building practices over time based on customer needs which includes the need to save money, to be more energy efficient and to be more energy conscious. The time is now to concern ourselves with environmental and geopolitical issues such as global warming and dependency on foreign oil.
